We value the privacy of our customers and will never disclose your contact information to any third party unless you specifically authorize us to do so. Our servers are maintained and administered internally, so no third party has access to customer information.

Please be aware that when you register an internet domain name (using our service or any competeing service), that some of your contact information may become publicly available through the "WhoIs" service, and you specifically grant us permission to share this information with our Internet Domain Name Registrar soley for the purpose of registering your internet domain name.
Our service allows customers to store large amounts of potentially sensitive data on our servers. We do not recommend using your web hosting space to store confidential information without taking proper precautions. We are not responsible if private data appears in a search engine listing or is downloaded by an unauthorized party. If you have any concerns regarding storing data on our servers, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you to assess your risk.

We will never request your Turtol Account password for any reason whatsoever, either by e-mail, in person or over the phone. Any such requests could be a fraudulent attempt to obtain access to your emails, data and other potentially sensitive information.
If a developer or third party requires access to your web hosting space, we recommend granting access through our control panel. Please contact us if you have questions.
If for any reason we need to update the terms of our privacy policy, we will notify you thirty days in advance.
