Terms of Service (Hosting Services only)

 

For One-Time (For Life) Payment Plans

 

All of our One-Time or "For Life" Plans entitle you to take advantage of our web, e-mail and DNS hosting services for as long as you own your domain.  You may host ONE (1) web-site per Plan.  "For Life" Plans refer to the lifetime of your domain name as hosted by Turtol, and the lifetime of Turtol itself.  Failure to renew your domain name, transfer of ownership of your domain name to any third party, and switching your web hosting for your domain to another hosting provider all constitute the "lifetime" of your domain name for the purposes of the "For Life" hosting.

Your site will be subject to certain limits, as listed below.  We will NOT discontinue or supsend your service for exceeding these limits, but we WILL REQUIRE you to upgrade your Plan to the next-higher available level should your site exceed the monthly limits three months in a row, or four times in any twelve-month period, or if your site exceeds the limits by 200% or more two times in any twelve month period.  If you notify us in advance of a likely surge of visitors to your site, and don't expect this surge to become permanent, we will work with you to temporarily waive the limits.

The upgrade fee from one For-Life plan to another will be the difference between what you originally paid and the current rate for the upgraded level of service.  Failure to purchase a required upgrade will result in termination of your services, without refund, unless you can reduce your traffic level to within the Plan limits.

Web-in-a-Box (also called Hosting-in-a-Box) Plan Limits

You are entitled to 15,000 visitors per calendar month and 5 Gigabytes of storage.  You may create any reasonable number of e-mail addresses for your domain and as many databases as are reasonably required to support your website and its applications (see also our Acceptable Use Policy).

Business-in-a-Box Plan Limits

You are entitled to 75,000 visitors per calendar month and 25 Gigabytes of storage.  You may create any reasonable number of e-mail addresses for your domain  and as many databases as are reasonably required to support your website and its applications (see also our Acceptable Use Policy). 

Recurring Payment Plan Limits

 

ll Recurring Payment Plans entitle you to host any reasonable number of web sites.

 

For ALL Plans 

You MUST abide by the terms of our Acceptable Use Policy.  Violation of this policy can result in immediate suspension and/or termination of your serivces, without refund.
